After an in depth, long selection process, Burns and Levinson LLC, a prominent Boston law firm, selects Boston Wireless and ShoreTel as their partner for Unified Communications. The ShoreTel system will provide a single image for the firm’s three locations in Boston, MA; Hingham, MA and Providence, RI. Boston Wireless designed and implemented the ShoreTel system to provide more than 300 total users the ability to seamlessly communicate through the phone using four digit dial plans and Instant Messaging, saving the firm hundreds of dollars per month on inter company communication. The ShoreTel Conference Appliance allows the firm’s employees to easily schedule and record multi-party conference bridge calls and web share applications right from their Outlook calendars or Communicator client software. The ShoreTel system is engineered to automatically route calls using both the public and private network ensuring no single point of failure for disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
