Boston Wireless and ShoreTel bring the next generation of communications to State Fund Insurance: 

Steve DiClemente of State Fund Insurance first approached Boston Wireless in June of 2000. Steve was opening a new Insurance agency in Boston and wanted a solid telephone and voicemail system. BWI installed a Nortel Norstar and it fit the bill for 10 years, providing a reliable platform of voice communications.

State Fund runs its business on relationships and customer service. They couldn't install any "phone system" They relied on a 10 year partnership forged on flexibility, customer response and trust and allowed Boston Wireless to help them transition to a Voice Over IP platform with their New ShoreTel system

No more transferring to a cell phone, clients simply call into the  Bostonoffice and regardless of where the employee sits gets seamlessly transferred to the needed representative, even if that rep is working from home!
• Professional Call manager improves "presence Information" so that calls can be routed to any available rep. No more waiting on hold or looking for an available person.
