Jr Project Manager / Training Services - Description

Reports to Paul Pacheco – Operations Director

The Junior Project Manager is an entry-level position at Harbor Networks. The main responsibilities are to aid and assist the Project Management team with Project Implementations, and to coordinate, develop, and document Harbor Networks training procedures. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Management, Technicians, and IT, and be responsible for learning all of our product lines with proficiency. The goal for this position is to develop and deliver “best-in-class” training techniques and integrate them to our projects, supporting the effort to deliver quality solutions to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • New Implementation Project Training
    • Work with internal Project Managers and external customers
    • Coordinate training schedules with customer
    • Customize literature and training materials for each installation
    • Onsite presentations
    • Onsite cut-over responsibilities
    • First day live – cut-over coverage & on-the-spot training sessions
  • Software Upgrade Project Training
    • Training for end users on new features
    • Consolidate literature for new features and functions
  • Develop best-in-class training techniques, documentation, and practices
    • Use of video, remote meetings, & collaboration software
    • Regularly scheduled webinars

Position Requirements:

Network Engineer - Description

The Network Engineering Role is responsible to assist with the sales, delivery, and support of our data networking product
solutions. These include wireless and wired networking, firewalls, and SD-WAN offerings. It is expected there will be
specializing within our team to achieve appropriate knowledge levels to be delivered to our clients. Our engineers should
have industry understanding as well as specialized expertise for specific data solutions.

Director of Support Services - Description

The Director of our Service Operations Center (SOC) is responsible for the daily operation of our support team and our delivery of managed services.  This role involves strategic thinking and leadership to successfully achieve a great support experience for each of our customers. The SOC Director will work closely with other operations and sales teams to identify areas of priority, discuss support solutions, and insure teamwork.   Managing the Service Center team and its related processes requires both vision and excellent organizational skills. This position reports directly to Vice President of Operations.
