Jr Project Manager / Training Services - Description
Reports to Paul Pacheco – Operations Director
The Junior Project Manager is an entry-level position at Harbor Networks. The main responsibilities are to aid and assist the Project Management team with Project Implementations, and to coordinate, develop, and document Harbor Networks training procedures. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Management, Technicians, and IT, and be responsible for learning all of our product lines with proficiency. The goal for this position is to develop and deliver “best-in-class” training techniques and integrate them to our projects, supporting the effort to deliver quality solutions to our customers.

Sales Consultant – Description
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative that will actively seek out and identify New Prospects. You will lead discovery conversations and collaborate with Harbor Networks Solutions Engineer to develop complete and appropriate telephony solutions for each client or prospect in order to boost top-line revenue growth, new logo acquisition levels and profitability.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling the complete Harbor Networks product line including Mitel, Extreme, Ruckus Wireless and Data Switching, Fortinet, Collaboration, Network, and Cloud based UC systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, present, and sell unified communications products/services to prospective customers
Pro-active, hunter type of mentality to engage net new customers
Establish and maintain positive client relationships
Identify and develop referral partners and sources for new leads
Reach potential customers through cold calling, networking and other efforts

The Director of our Service Operations Center (SOC) is responsible for the daily operation of our support team and our delivery of managed services. This role involves strategic thinking and leadership to successfully achieve a great support experience for each of our customers.
