HUGE weight lifted from my shoulders. The project could NOT have gone any better, ON SCHEDULE and very LIMITED events we did not anticipate. Not my first rodeo so I was not surprised. The system itself is awesome and the dashboards are so amazing. I used to spend HOURS extracting to populate spreadsheets so I could graph.

It was such a pleasure working with Lilly for our voice conversion. She is very detailed oriented and kept everyone moving in the right direction. I know I lost interest in some of the fine details, but Lily had them all called out and it was absolutely needed to complete the process successfully. She found so many little inconsistencies in the porting list and was able to correct them before it affected the project. Her professionalism is top notch even when dealing with vendors who were less qualified!

He spent the time to figure a way to keep the same route-point number we use internally to transfer calls to the contact center and still have it show in the MiCC as the correct group number. To me, the biggest single factor in the ultimate success of this project will be Jimmy Albarelli.
